02Welke gegevens we verwerkenWhat data we process
Wij verwerken alleen gegevens die u ons zelf verstrekt, of die noodzakelijk zijn voor onze dienstverlening:
- Contactgegevens die u achterlaat via e-mail of tijdens een gesprek (naam, functie, organisatie, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer).
- Inhoudelijke correspondentie waarin u ons informatie aanlevert voor een opdracht.
- Facturatiegegevens die nodig zijn voor boekhouding en wettelijke verplichtingen.
- Beperkte technische serverlogs van onze website (IP-adres, tijdstip, opgevraagde pagina), uitsluitend om beschikbaarheid en veiligheid te waarborgen.
We only process data you provide to us yourself, or data that is necessary to deliver our services:
- Contact details you share via e-mail or during a conversation (name, role, organisation, e-mail address, phone number).
- Substantive correspondence in which you supply information for an engagement.
- Billing details required for accounting and statutory obligations.
- Limited technical server logs from our website (IP address, timestamp, requested page), used only to maintain availability and security.

- Om facturen op te maken en administratie te voeren (grondslag: wettelijke verplichting).
- Om onze site en systemen veilig te houden (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang).
Wij gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor marketing-profilering, geautomatiseerde besluitvorming of doorverkoop.
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver engagements (basis: performance of contract).
- To issue invoices and maintain records (basis: statutory obligation).
- To keep our site and systems secure (basis: legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for marketing profiling, automated decision-making or resale.
04Hoe lang we gegevens bewarenHow long we retain data
Correspondentie bewaren we zolang dit zinvol is voor de relatie of lopende opdracht, met een maximum van zeven jaar daarna. Facturatie- en administratieve gegevens bewaren we minimaal zeven jaar conform fiscale wetgeving. Serverlogs worden maximaal dertig dagen bewaard. We retain correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the relationship or an active engagement, up to seven years thereafter. Billing and administrative data is retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with tax law. Server logs are retained for a maximum of thirty days.
05Met wie we gegevens delenWho we share data with
Alleen met partijen die strikt nodig zijn voor onze dienstverlening: onze accountant, onze e-mail- en hostingprovider, en eventueel een externe jurist of adviseur bij een specifieke opdracht. Met deze partijen bestaan verwerkersovereenkomsten of beroepsgeheim-afspraken. Wij delen geen gegevens met derden voor marketing. Sommige van deze partijen, zoals onze e-mail- of hostingprovider, kunnen gegevens verwerken buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. In dat geval zorgen wij voor passende waarborgen, zoals de EU-standaardbepalingen (SCC's). Only with parties strictly necessary for our services: our accountant, our e-mail and hosting provider, and where applicable an external lawyer or advisor for a specific engagement. Data-processing agreements or professional confidentiality arrangements are in place with these parties. We do not share data with third parties for marketing. Some of these parties, such as our e-mail or hosting provider, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
