Neptunes Insight was founded from the experience of nearly two decades as a Netherlands Marine Corps officer, with an operational record in amphibious and maritime special operations. The final years in service centred on concept and capability development, with unmanned systems as the main effort. That work meant engaging research institutes and industry regularly, and it forced selectivity: seeing which knowledge and which product development actually matter to a capability question. What mattered went to the shop floor, so operational needs could be taken up directly and the concept for future operations sharpened again in that same cycle. Relevant to all parties.
